In case of order cancellations due to possible order cancellation or stock problems, your credit card will be refunded within 3 business days.
3) Return of Order Fee

We endeavor to deliver the products you have ordered to cargo within 3 business days. For products that take time to procure, the cargo delivery time is 5 working days as specified in the product details. You will be informed in case of a possible delay in delivery.
In order to ensure the delivery of the product without delay, please inform the address of your location as the delivery address during the day.
Your requests will be processed to be prepared according to the delivery type you have determined at the end of the order. Products from our Kayseri based company will be sent by Yurtiçi & UPS cargo company. After your orders are approved, they will be delivered to the Cargo company at the end of 3 (three) working days at the latest.

5) Payment Tracking

After the delivery of the product, it is accepted that the cargo company has fulfilled its duty completely.
